Defibrillator Training with the Oliver King Foundation

25th November 2014

The Oliver King foundation has been set up in the name of Oliver King, a 12 year old who sadly passed away because of SADS.  Their aim is to try and raise awareness about the medical condition SADS which commonly affects people aged between 12 and 35 years of age.  As a result of this, elevn members of staff at Holy Cross received training on how to deliver life-saving treatment, with the use of a defibrillator.  We are very proud to have completed training and received our very own defibrillator from The Oliver King Foundation.
